Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon high-quality finely ground Himalayan pink salt (make sure it's pure and unrefined)
  • 8-12 ounces filtered warm water not hot
  • Optional: A squeeze of fresh lemon juice for added Vitamin C and flavor
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon raw local honey (for a touch of sweetness, use sparingly)

Instructions
 

  • Combine: Add the Himalayan pink salt to your glass.
  • Add Water: Pour the warm filtered water over the salt.
  • Stir: Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved. The water should be clear, not cloudy.
  • Add Flavor (Optional): If using, stir in the fresh lemon juice and/or raw honey until combined.
  • Sip Mindfully: Drink the sole slowly upon waking, ideally on an empty stomach, at least 15-20 minutes before breakfast or coffee. This allows for optimal absorption of the minerals.
