Instructions
Load the Blender: Add the liquid base to the blender first. This helps the blades move more easily.
Add Soft Ingredients: Add the banana and Greek yogurt (if using).
Add Frozen Fruit & Protein: Add the frozen mixed berries and the scoop of protein powder.
Include Add-ins (Optional): Toss in any optional ingredients like chia seeds or spinach.
Blend: Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a splash more liquid; if too thin, add a few more frozen berries or a couple of ice cubes.
